Advantages of Electrostatic Gloss Powder Coat:

Ordinary coatings contain about 20-50% water or solvent, while
powder coatings have neither water nor solvent. They are completely
solid, convenient and safe to transport. In addition, water or
solvent coatings have low transport and storage temperatures. At 0

problem.

Application of Electrostatic Gloss Powder Coat:
- First the part must be prepared. It must be thoroughly cleaned so that the powder coating will
stick smoothly to it.There are both mechanical and chemical ways to
prepare the part. Which method is used depends entirely on the type
of part it is, its size, and what type of material it is made of.
- Second, the powder is actually applied to the part. Powder is applied to most metal objects by spraying it on with an
electrostatic gun. The gun gives the powder a negative electric
charge, and the object is grounded. In other cases, the powder is
sprayed using compressed air. There are many different nozzles that
can be used, depending on the type, shape, and size of the object
that is being coated in powder.
- And finally, it is cured by being baked in an oven. The curing process in powder coating is known as crosslinking, and
depending on the type of coating that is being used, it requires a
specific temperature and a specific amount of time in the heat in
order to reach full cure and create the properties it was designed
to offer. Most powders cure around 390 degrees Fahrenheit on a
10-minute timer, however that schedule could change according to
the needs and requirements of the manufacturer.

Storage Method of Electrostatic Gloss Powder Coat:
1. Keep away from fire and avoid direct sunlight. It should be
placed in a well-ventilated place with a temperature below 35 °C.
2. Avoid storage in places subject to water, organic solvents, oil
and other materials.
3. Do not expose the powder coating to the air after use. It should
be covered or tightened at any time to avoid the inclusion of
debris.
4, to avoid long-term skin contact, the powder attached to the skin
should be washed with soapy water, do not use solvents. Safety in
painting construction sites
5, the use of equipment for painting operations must be properly
grounded to eliminate static electricity.
6, to avoid coating machine endless discharge phenomenon
7. In the dusting room, the concentration of floating dust should
be controlled below the safe concentration to avoid the danger of
dust explosion.
